Aleisha McCormack is a talented writer, performer, comedian and producer with a growing reputation in TV, radio and live performance. Aleisha currently stars as a regular cast member and writer for Network Ten’s national ‘7pm Project’.
Born in Newcastle and spending her early adult years in Hobart, in 2007 Aleisha made it to the national finals of the Stand Up comedy competition, Raw Comedy. Since then, Aleisha has gone on to perform stand up comedy regularly throughout Australia.
Aleisha is known to radio and television audiences throughout Australia - as a presenter for ABC TVs ‘Second Opinion’, an on-air regular on Charles Wooley’s National Radio programme and as a writer for ‘Rove’ and for Glenn Robbins TV program ‘Out of The Question’.
In 2009 Aleisha made an outstanding Melbourne International Comedy Festival debut in 'Dead to Me', performed at the Old Magistrates Court.
