We are pleased to announce Tara Rushton will be taking on the role of Football presenter at Fox Sports, replacing Mel McLaughlin.
In an interview with Confidential Tara stated "Football is something that has been such a big part of my life for a really long time... To be able to make a career out of it and combine sport and journalism, doing something I love, has always been the master plan."
Fox Sports boss Gary Burns, approached the football-mad newcomer after viewing what he described as a "pretty unbelievable" show reel. "We realised we couldn't work out a way to do it so that Tara could stay in Singapore, even though we thought about it, but then she came out here for a holiday and we caught up and I just thought, 'Bugger this, we can't pass this up' so we signed her basically."

Dannii said: “I truly am the biggest fan of THE X FACTOR and I’ve watched every episode the last couple of years from my home in Melbourne.
Since its first UK series in 2004, THE X FACTOR has established itself as the world’s leading singing talent search – successfully launching into over 20 territories, including Sweden, Russia, Spain, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Germany and the USA. Internationally, THE X FACTOR has discovered singing sensations One Direction, Olly Murs, Leona Lewis and Australia’s own Reece Mastin and Samantha Jade.

Dannii first judged on the THE X FACTOR UK in 2007, successfully mentoring the winner in her debut year and her last year in 2010. This particular series of THE X FACTOR UK still remains the most successful with an incredible final audience peak of 19.4 million viewers. That same year, Dannii was voted the nation’s “Number One Best Judge‟, “Best Dressed Judge‟ and named “Celeb of the Year‟. During Dannii’s time on the UK show, worldwide acts including One Direction, Olly Murs and Rebecca Ferguson were discovered.
“Having sat next to Simon Cowell, Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Cheryl Cole during my years on the UK show I’ve certainly learnt a thing or two along the way, including my strength to nurture and passion to fight for the budding artists I believe in. I won the show twice in the UK and I’m ready to find the next biggest Australian singing act to win this year’s competition. ‘Team Minogue’ have re-entered The X FACTOR building, the other judges had better watch out!”

Kayne Tremills is the warm and relate-able host of ABC's new show My Great Big Adventure, designed to guide young people through the highs and lows of growing up. Prominent youth psychologist, Steve Biddulph, wrote the following review of the program:
The sensitivity of this show, the warm and authentic feel to the presentation, use of lively visuals, and very good content, there isn't a patronizing moment and yet vast amounts of good information comes through. I write personal development and psychology material and work with parents all over the world, I have rarely seen anything this good.
Much of the conveyed ideas come directly from young people in a natural and diverse way, allowing a lot of alternative views and quirky gentle moments.
In the episode on family communication, a segment with the presenter and his own mother talking about his (very difficult) boyhood, a room full of adults I was watching with were reduced to tears, sensing what was behind the lightly but genuinely expressed resolution.
Quite exceptional, yet totally age appropriate as always lightly done.
