Managing Director

Mark Klemens is the Managing Director of Profile Talent Management. He holds a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts degree and has been a practicing barrister in Melbourne for over 25 years. Mark has substantial experience in the area of entertainment law and has acted for high profile performers and sports people.

Mark has been involved in the management of high profile Australian artists and performers for many years and is a highly skilled and experienced negotiator having extensive experience in publishing, television and radio. Mark has developed a strong network of relationships across all major Australian media outlets.

Shaun Levin

Director

Shaun has had broad experience in finance, entertainment & media, and as a well respected public company director.

A graduate of the University of Melbourne, Shaun spent 15 years working in the Audit and Tax departments of Arthur Andersen (now Ernst & Young). In 1995 Shaun joined Artist Services - a leading film and television production company founded by Steve Vizard and Andrew Knight which was 50% owned by Fairfax Holdings. In 1998 Artist Services was acquired by Granada Media Group and Shaun was promoted to Managing Director & CEO of Artist Services as well as Managing Director of the holding company Granada Media Australia. 

In January 2003 Shaun established The Communicate Trust to invest in `communication businesses,' including Profile Talent Management.

Shaun has extensive experience in the film and TV production sector. He has Executive Produced over 200 hrs of entertainment programs broadcast on free to air TV in Australia in the past 5 years.

Shaun is currently also a Director of various companies involved in publishing, brand design and film and TV production.

Creative Director / Talent Manager

Cathy Baker has 20 years experience in mainstream media as a journalist, publicist, casting director, television program writer, and producer. She has worked across a wide range of genres including news, current affairs, lifestyle, variety, drama, special events, documentary and game shows. Her experience transverses commercial, pay and public electronic broadcasting, local and international television, radio and on-line content.

As a Talent Manager, Casting Director and Production Executive, Cathy has drawn on her years of experience to identify, nurture and place talent in wide ranging genres and launch careers.

Manager of Profile Corporate

Natalie's background is in artist management and specialises in managing corporate bookings for high profile media talent.

Following completing her Bachelor of Arts, Natalie joined Ralph Carr Management working with artists such as Kate Ceberano and Vanessa Amorosi.

Natalie then moved to Saxton Speakers Bureau where she spent three years as a Consultant managing corporate bookings and endorsements for Australia’s top speakers, celebrities, bands and comedians and working with clients such as Myer, Microsoft, Deloitte, Mazda, Sony and ANZ.

Natalie’s role is in the Profile Corporate division where she engages Talent for corporate events, live appearances, endorsements and promotional activities.

Melissa Le Gear

Talent Manager

Over the past 20 years Melissa Le Gear has established an unrivalled name and presence in the Australian entertainment business. She ran an entertainment agency in the late 80’s booking music, comedy and variety acts before moving on to work for Terry Blamey managing Kylie and Dannii Minogue. Melissa ran the Australian operation of the business, it quickly grew and Melissa LeGear Management came into its own.

For the past ten years Melissa has run her own talent management team, nurturing and guiding the careers of actors, entertainers and personalities. She has built careers and provided opportunities for up and coming talent as well as strategically guiding the careers of established performers.

Melissa’s expertise includes contract negotiations in the areas of television, radio, publishing, voice overs, theatre and film to booking live corporate entertainment, developing and producing shows and initiating and co-ordinating publicity and marketing strategies, she provides these services in the personal management field.

Financial Controller

Michael graduated from the University of Denver with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He worked for various organizations in the USA before moving to the U.K. where he completed his Accountancy studies and held various positions as Financial Controller for several enterprises. Michael moved home to Australia in 1999 and worked for an I .T. company before establishing his own business contracting financial management and accounting services to Private clients and smaller Boutique companies.

Michael has been Financial Controller of Profile Talent Management since May 2008.

Talent Manager / Acting Agent

Claire joined Profile after six years of project and production management in the commercial sector working locally and internationally with some of Australia’s largest advertising agencies on blue chip clients and international brands.

Working in Australia and Asia, Claire co-ordinated staff and talent for commercial shoots through to managing post production schedules. She joined Profile in 2006 and as well as being a Talent Manger for media hosts and presenters, Claire is also an integral part of Profile’s Acting division where she manages an acting roster and sources relevant acting opportunities for all Profile listed talent.

Claire has established relationships with local and international casting directors, producers and directors for scripted and drama productions and is active in assisting clients through the casting process and sourcing the appropriate avenues for skills development for dramatic, voice and performing art roles.

Managing Director of Profile Creative

Daniel brings to Profile Creative over 25 years experience as one of Australia's most acclaimed and respected producers. He has produced feature films, documentaries and children's television.

Daniel has worked closely with renowned international and Australian writers, directors and actors. His credits include feature films "Romper Stomper" starring Russell Crowe and Jacqueline McKenzie; "Metal Skin" starring Aden Young, Ben Mendelsohn and Nadine Garner; "The Prisoner of St Petersburg" starring Noah Taylor; "Isabelle Eberhardt" starring Mathilda May, Tcheky Karyo and Peter O'Toole; and "Tom White" starring Colin Friels.

Daniel also co-produced the popular children's television series, "Cybergirl", "Pirate Islands", "Wicked Science" and "Scooter: Secret Agent" for Jonathan M. Shiff.

Daniel is an active member of and has many contacts in all areas of the entertainment industry. He has served on the boards of Film Victoria, Cinemedia and the Melbourne International Film Festival. Currently he is a feature film councillor of the Screen Producers Association of Australia. He also co-coordinates and is a judge of the DigiSPAA Competition for low budget digital feature films.

On many occasions Daniel has been a guest lecturer at the Australian Film, Television and Radio School, the Victorian College of The Arts - Film and Television School, RMIT and Deakin University.

Currently Daniel chairs the Academic Advisory Board for the Faculty Of Arts and Education, Deakin University. In May 2003 Daniel received a Centenary Medal for Service to Australian Society and Australian Film Production.

Talent Manager (UK)

Nathan has worked on both sides of the entertainment industry over the last seven years and has established himself as a successful, ambitious and focused professional based in London. In February 2002 Nathan was on the launch team of Emap’s ‘Sneak’ Magazine. For four years he interviewed the UK’s hottest talent, wrote editorial copy and created exciting content for for what went on to be the UK’s number one selling weekly teen magazine.

By 2006 Nathan flipped the coin and developed a passion for management, working for a leading entertainment agency, booking music, comedy and variety acts for corporate events. Here his duties also included project management for prominent holiday resorts across the world. During his time in London, Nathan has also maintained Dannii Minogue’s official website for six years, run successful press campaigns and creatively put together a string of album releases for EMI, Warner Music and Universal.

Nathan joined the Profile Talent team in November 2007 to look after Dannii Minogue in the UK, and to establish Profile Talent's London office and build a launch pad for Australia’s finest in the UK.

Henrie Stride

Talent Manager

With over 15 year experience in film and television, most recently as casting director for the Nine Network, Henrie has an unparalleled depth of experience and an unrivalled network of relationships across the Australian television industry.

In the past 7 years Henrie has cast over 50 shows for all the networks across game shows, entertainment, comedy, children’s, reality and lifestyle programs. Her experience in production from the inside of a leading television network gives her unique insights and relationships with producers and executives.

After completing a Bachelor of Arts majoring in Media and Communication at RMIT, Henrie began her career in casting at Mulliner’s in the early 1990s. Henrie has played a huge talent role on a wide range of television drama series (including Water Rats, The Bill, White Collar Blue and Home and Away) and reality programs, as well as film (including Idiot Box, Dirty Deeds, Matrix II and III) and television commercials.

In the past decade Henrie has also worked in a variety of production roles both in Australia and the UK, including Production Management and Coordination on International Films and Documentaries.

Henrie has also been teaching an intensive TV presenting workshop for the past two years.

Steve Vizard

Steve has over two decades experience as a producer, writer and performer in mentoring writers, performers and creators in all aspects of film, radio and television production.

As the co-founder of one of Australia's most successful production companies, Artist Services, Steve has acted as Executive Producer for over 2000 hours of television including numerous hit shows, such as Fast Forward, Full Frontal, Sea Change, Jimeoin, Big Girls Blouse, Eric Bana Show, Shaun Micalleff Show, Merrick and Rosso and a number of feature films and mini-series as well as establishing and running Foxtel's Comedy Channel.

As a television performer, Steve has won several Logies (including a Gold Logie) and as a writer and producer has received several AWG and AFI awards.

Steve has substantial industry experience through his various media industry roles including President of the Screen Producers Association of Australia, a Director of Film Limited Australia, the Australian Children’s Television Foundation and the National Screenwriters Conference of Australia and a founding member of the Victorian Multimedia Taskforce and the Australian Commercial Television Production Fund and Chairman of Granada Australia.

Talent Manager

Since joining Profile Lucy has developed strong and productive relationships with TV and radio networks, PR and media agencies which she utilizes in her role as a Talent Manager with the agency.  Prior to joining Profile, Lucy achieved a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies and Art History at Victoria University in Wellington. She then spent three and half years living in London, working in Investment Banking taking on a few different roles including client. Lucy’s international work life brought her to Melbourne with the goal to use her degree and interest in the Media which is a key motivation for her at Profile.

Having worked in the demanding world of television for 20 years in various roles from trainee to producer Melissa has wide and varied experience in all forms of television. She’s contributed to everything from major live shows such as Don’t Forget Your Toothbrush to the exacting standards of quiz shows like The Einstein Factor and as Talent Producer on the fun-filled Talkin’ About Your Generation. In recent years Melissa has focused on working with major television personalities and she has extensive knowledge of the entertainment industry.

Melissa’s experience in knowing what the media need and want and her passion to nurture and expand careers has lead to her move into Talent Management.

Joining the team in March 2011, Nichole has brought with her over 10 years experience in administration and co-ordination across a variety of industries.  Having moved to Melbourne in April 2009 from New Zealand, Nichole has most recently been working with a sales training company supporting their diverse array of household brand name clients with their training needs across Australia.  In New Zealand Nichole supported management teams and sales representatives as well as managing a small team of office support staff.  Having decided Melbourne is where she wants to be, Nichole joins the Profile team with extensive knowledge in administration, and a passion for client services.

Personal Assistant to Melissa LeGear

After completing a tertiary degree in Professional Communications with majors in Public Relations and Broadcast Journalism, Felicity worked at Ann Morrison PR (AMPR) as an Account Executive working across major fashion clients. Her role extended to major events including L'Oreal Melbourne Fashion Festival and David Jones season fashion launches. She also worked for three years at Red Bull Australia with the Sales and Marketing Team working on public and corporate promotions and events. She has previously worked in talent management with Elite Sports Properties where she assisted in the project management of various events including the Starlight Foundation Ball, AFL Grand Final Week and the NAB Aus-kick program.

Personal Assistant to Henrie Stride

Holly brings to her role with Profile extensive experience in the entertainment industry which started as a teenager in front of the camera, and included the completion of a Diploma in Performing Arts at Brent Street in 1995. In 2003 Holly completed a Business Music Certificate IV which broadened her understanding and knowledge of the business side of the entertainment industry and gave her a strong focus to pursue a career in it. Her first role was with Austereo in radio, which was followed by positions in television where she has worked at Nickelodeon and the Life Style Channel for XYZ Networks. These roles have provided Holly with knowledge and experience in the production, administration and coordination aspects of the entertainment industry.
